We're eager to welcome your business to Adventure Credit Union, but we need to ensure its eligibility. Please see the information below to get started.
Your business structure is eligible for Adventure membership if it meets these requirements.
- Corporation: The primary Adventure account holder must own the majority share in the corporation.
- Partnerships: The primary Adventure account holder must own the majority share in the partnership.
- Limited Partnerships: The general partner of the limited partnership must be a member of Adventure Credit Union, and a majority of the limited partners of the partnership must be members of Adventure Credit Union.
- Limited Liability Companies (LLC) or Professional Limited Liability Companies (PLLC): Majority of the shareholders of the LLC or PLLC must be members of Adventure Credit Union.
- Sole Proprietorships: Every member of the sole proprietorship must be members of Adventure Credit Union.
- Other Unincorporated Organizational Structures: Majority of individuals who make up the entity must be members of Adventure Credit Union.
