Update on In-Person Services

1/19/2021: We have increased access to our in-person services at select locations.

We are pleased to announce that as of Tuesday, Jan. 19th, we are increasing access to in-person services.

For the health and safety of our members and staff, our branch services are currently set at the following levels:

*Drive-thru service at the Grandville and Kentwood branches is through an interactive teller machine.

Operating our branches at these levels will allow us to ensure safe and adequate staffing.

Although it is no longer required at most branches, we still appreciate it when members schedule appointments for in-person services.  To meet with a Trusted Financial Guide, please click to schedule an appointment

Or you can use Online Banking and Mobile Banking to securely:

  • Check your accounts
  • Deposit Checks (via mobile banking)
  • Pay bills with Bill Pay
  • Transfer funds
  • See your statements
  • Make payments
  • Send a message to our Contact Center
