Friday, Jan. 31st from 5:00pm - Monday, Feb. 3rd at 9:00am
To better serve our members in 2025 and beyond, we will be completing planned system upgrades between 5:00pm on Friday, Jan. 31st and 9:00am on Monday, Feb. 3rd.
Our team will work diligently to complete the upgrade as swiftly as possible. If services are restored sooner, we will send email update(s) to notify you. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
What will be available:
Rest assured, during the Maintenace period the following services will continue working.
- Adventure debit cards*
- Adventure credit cards
- Adventure ATMs
*While debit cards will continue working, it is possible that you could encounter intermittent issues with purchase authorizations. As a backup, we recommend having a second payment method available during the maintenance period.
What will be unavailable:
During the maintenance period, the following services will be unavailable.
- Online and mobile banking
- Adventure lobbies and video teller
- Shared Branching
- Extended hours contact center
How to plan ahead:
Together we can limit the inconvenience of this planned upgrade by making the following preparations before 5:00pm on Friday, Jan. 31st.
- Before digital banking goes offline, please write down your account balances.
- If necessary, keep track of your purchases during the maintenance period to avoid overdrafting your account.
- Note: any alerts you may have configured will not be sent until service is restored.
- Please have access to a back-up payment method such as cash, Adventure credit card, Adventure checks, or a payment card from another financial institution.
- If you need to visit a branch for any reason, please be sure to do so on or before Friday, Jan. 31st.
Questions:
If you have questions, please contact us prior to Friday, Jan. 31st. Our Contact Center will be available from 9am to 12pm on Saturday, February 1st, however, we will not be able to access your accounts while our systems are down.
Love banking here. They have all the services you need, and the rates are better than banks and most other credit unions.
