During business hours, our ITMs allow you to see and speak with a teller while completing your drive-thru transactions. If you don't need assistance from a teller, you can use our new machines like a traditional ATM anytime, 24/7.

  • Member service: Video Teller is a live Adventure teller who can answer your questions and transfer funds between accounts.
  • Cash Transactions: deposit, withdraw, or exchange cash.
  • Check transactions: deposit checks only. Machine cannot print cashier's checks or money orders.
  • Make loan payments: using cash, check, or funds that already in one of your Adventure accounts.
  • Shared Branching: if you belong to a Shared Branch credit union you can use Video Teller to access those accounts as well.
