Banzai Courses
The Banzai Courses use real-life scenarios to demonstrate the power of good financial planning. For kids, teens, and young adults, these courses teach basic and advanced financial concepts.
Banzai Junior
Banzai Junior provides real-life scenarios that show users how to make wise decisions when faced with financial dilemmas. Designed for kids aged 8 to 12, Lemonade Tycoon (the main game in Banzai Junior) uses the storyline of a summer lemonade stand and the goal of a new bike—or hoverboard for the financially daring—to teach concepts like interest and fees, envelope budgeting, and discretionary income. This course also weaves in activities like quizzes and counting currency. Plus, Lemonade Tycoon is available in both English and Spanish!
Among the types of topics Lemonade Tycoon covers are things like making payments, unexpected expenses, sales tax, and ATM withdrawals. With fun and goofy circumstances, real financial predicaments, and just the right amount of humor, Lemonade Tycoon engages users, captivating them while providing financial education in a totally unique way.
Digital Citizenship
Digital Citizenship allows teens and kids (recommended ages 9-15) to practice navigating through online decisions securely.

- Internet Safety: Master cybersecurity skills as you navigate a hypothetical social media app called Cybr in this 40 minute course.
- Digital Wellness: Assess how your mental and physical health are impacted by technology in this 20 minute course.
- Cyberbullying: learn all about the damaging effects of cyberbullying and what to do when it happens to you.
- Vocabulary Practice: Reinforce learning outcomes by mastering important internet safety and cyberbullying terms.

Banzai Teen
Created for users aged 13-18, Banzai Teen gives teens the opportunity to work through real-life financial problems in a safe environment. Throughout the main game, Life Scenarios, the user's goal is to save enough money to register at Vanderbilt Community College, but unforeseen challenges and quirky scenarios makes reaching that goal not-so-straightforward—just like real life! Plus, Life Scenarios can be played in English or Spanish.
Included in the Life Scenarios Course is a module called Warm-Up. In some ways this module is a practice round for the game. It includes the basics of banking and budgeting and provides step-by-step instructions on what to do with income and expenses. Once a player has tackled Warm-Up, they're ready for the game.
Life Scenarios covers important financial topics like credit cards, auto loans, envelope budgeting, checking accounts, and more. Plus, it's fun and silly, engaging users with a rich storyline and entertaining scenarios.

Banzai College & Careers courses help students (ages 15+) prepare for the reality of transitioning to college life.
Courses
- Cost of College: This whimsical take on a traditional expense list walks students through a virtual tour of lands that represent all of the major expenses associated with higher education—and while the land is fantastical, the calculation of college costs is anything but. These costs include tuition, fees, rent, supplies, and more. This course is built with a sophisticated and powerful data set from the National Center for Education Statistics. meaning it can help students estimate everything from expected fees to the average cost of their school’s meal plan.
- Paying for College: There are lots of ways to make advanced education more affordable. This course will show you how to account for everything you'll owe and ways to pay for it.
- Scholarships: Learn about scholarships and prepare an in-depth outline for a scholarship essay.
- College Alternatives: College isn’t your only option. This course shows the variety of options available to students after High School.
- Choosing a Career: Choosing a career is hard and stressful! This course will help students narrow down the areas that align most with their goals and interests.

Banzai Plus
Banzai Plus brings the same kind of budgeting simulations from the other Banzai courses and elevates it to an advanced level. With real-life dilemmas, exciting challenges, and the goal of purchasing a home, Advanced Budgeting, the main game of Banzai Plus, makes complicated financial concepts easy to understand. Advanced Budgeting is available in both English and Spanish.
Designed for users 16 and up, Advanced Budgeting calls for users to embrace adult-sized obstacles and learn about concepts from paying off debt to FICO® Scores. Like all Banzai courses, Advanced Budgeting shows users how to spend their money on what matters most and how decisions have far-reaching consequences.
Advnaced Budeting covers a wide variety of financial concepts including identity theft, down payments, and tax returns using relatable circumstances and scenarios.
Entrepreneurship
An education in entrepreneurship isn’t just a practical experience–it’s a vital one. Through studying entrepreneurship, teens learn skills like problem-solving, creativity, innovation, leadership, collaboration, financial and time management, communication, and much more. Created in partnership with Intuit for Education, this collaborative course for 6th-12th graders combines Intuit QuickBooks simulations with gamified financial education for the perfect blend of entrepreneurship essentials.
Included in this course are four Intuit Quickbooks Simulations: Getting Familiar with Financial Statements, Sales Tax Calculator, Managing Finances, and Controlling Finances. Each of these use real-world scenarios and tools to help teens build an arsenal of business savvy skills. The Entrepreneurship course also includes the quick How Much Can My Business Make? activity which guides students through the numbers required to run a real business.
The Entrepreneurship course includes topics like financial statements, business plans, market research, sales tax, balance sheets, and much more. These games and simulations will ensure teens gain practical skills that will have lasting impacts on all financial aspects of their future lives.
