To finalize the merger of Astera Credit Union into Adventure Credit Union, we will be completing system integrations over the Halloween weekend.
Our team will work diligently to complete this process as swiftly as possible. If services are restored sooner, we will send email update(s) to notify you. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
What will be available:
While we are completing the system integration, you will still have access to:
- Debit and credit cards will continue to work
- Electronic deposits and payments will continue to process, although the timing may be different than what you are used to.
What will be unavailable:
During our merger weekend, please be aware of the following:
- Select branches will be closed on Saturday, Nov. 1st:
- DeWitt
- Ionia
- Jolly Road
- Saginaw Highway
- Adventure members will not be able to access digital banking from 4pm on Saturday, Nov. 1st until, as late as, 9am on Monday, Nov. 3rd.
If systems are restored sooner, we will notify you via email. Please make sure your email address on file is up to date!
How to plan ahead:
Together we can limit the inconvenience of this planned event by making the following preparations before the maintenance begins.
- Before digital banking goes offline, please write down your account balances.
- If necessary, keep track of your purchases during the maintenance period to avoid overdrafting your account.
- Note: any alerts you may have configured will not be sent.
- Please have access to a back-up payment method such as cash, checks, or a payment card from another financial institution.
- If you need to visit a branch for any reason, please do so on or before Friday, Oct. 31st.
How will the merger affect me?
After the system conversions are complete on/before Nov. 3rd, Adventure members should not be impacted by the merger. Rest assured:
- Account and routing numbers will not change
- Debit and credit cards will continue to work
- Checks will continue to work.
- All automatic payments and deposits will process
- All Bill Pay payees and scheduled/recurring payments will process
