Frequently Asked Questions
With your new Business Platinum MasterCard, you can expect continuity in the following areas:
- The outstanding balance on your Astera card (if applicable) will be transferred to your new card between Aug. 24 – 28, 2026.
- Your reward points (if applicable) will carry over by Sept. 30, 2026.
- Your debt protection (if applicable) will continue with no change to coverage or premiums.
There are a few updates you need to be aware of:
- New fixed APR of 12.99%.*
- You’ll need to update any recurring payments or subscriptions with your new card information.
- For example: cell phones, streaming platforms, insurance companies, etc.
- You’ll need to update how you make your credit card payment to Adventure (see below).
- Your statement cycle date will be different. Your payment will now be due on the 26th of each month.
If you have authorized users for your Astera Business credit card, those individuals will receive a new Adventure Business Platinum MasterCard.
Authorized users will have access to your full credit limit. If you wish to make alternate arrangements, please contact us at 800.323.2129 x2027.
The Business Platinum card gives you more options for making your monthly payments.
- Pay through digital banking- choose recurring or one-time payments.
- Pay at any Adventure branch.
- Pay by mail (the mailing address is changing, please pay attention to your monthly statement)
- You will now make payments and view credit card transactions and statements from Adventure’s digital banking site and app.
- You may still use the Adventure Card Controls app to configure rules and alerts.
- If you prefer eStatements, you’ll need to re-enroll through digital banking.
- If you prefer printed statements by mail, no action is required.
- Please note: If you also receive your Adventure account statements printed by mail, your Adventure credit card statement will now arrive in the same envelope, starting in September.
