Astera is now Adventure Credit Union

What stayed the same?

In many ways banking with Adventure Credit Union will be the same as banking with Astera.
  • Account and routing numbers will not change.
  • Astera-branded debit and credit cards will continue to work until their expiration date. Prior to expiration, new Adventure-branded cards will automatically be issued.
  • Astera-branded checks will continue to work.
  • All automatic payments and deposits will carry over.
  • All Bill Pay payees and scheduled/recurring payments will carry over.

What changed?

As a new Adventure member, you will notice some differences, but these changes are largely positive.
  • How you access digital banking has changed:
    • Online Banking through Adventurecu.org
    • Mobile Banking through the Adventure app
  • Most Astera checking accounts (i.e., Choice, Check Plus, and Kasasa) have been converted to Adventure's 4.00% APY* Edge Checking account which pays up to $400/year in dividends.
  • Select Astera savings accounts have been converted to an equivalent Adventure savings account. Please click here to learn more about deposit account changes
  • The Asteracu.com website has been taken offline.  Adventurecu.org is now your go-to source for online banking, support including live chat, rates, product/service info, and more!

  • An extended hours contact center that is available to take your calls until 11pm on weeknights and 5pm on Saturdays.
